When will I receive my order?
Once the order is placed it takes up to 24 hours to process and then 7 to 10 business days for delivery. 


Do you ship anywhere in the world?
Unfortunalely, we do not ship internationally. We only ship to Canada, United States, France and Australia.


Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, it usually takes 1 day for us to ship, as soon as we do it we update you by email with a tracking number.

What if I am being charged custom fees?
Unfortunalely, we do not cover these fees. Every country has they're own rules and fees


Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website?

You can. We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after purchasing, so if you change your mind within that time, simply send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.


How do I return or exchange an item? 

Our return policy lasts 30 days and it only begins when our package is delivered to your address.

We will accept any returns for all undamaged items within 30 days in order to guarantee customer expectations and ensure satisfaction of your purchases.

We're confident that our premium curated products selection will meet or exceed your expectations but if you want to make a return - please contact our support team at info@vocatus.ca and we will respond within 24 hours to assist with the process. 


What types of payments do you accept? 

We accept all payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay.


What are your shipping options? 

Currently we can only offer one standard shipping option and it is free. 


What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?

We'll make it up to you in the case that it does. We take great care in selecting the manufacturers of our curated collections. If you discover a flaw or fault in the item, please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving that item and we'll work it out with you. info@vocatus.ca


Where do you ship from?

Primarily, we ship out from fulfillment centers in Canada, the United States, Eastern Asia and Western Europe. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location, we'll send it directly from our production lines maintaining the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.

Our products are efficiently packaged by our expert handling team to ensure they arrive in perfect condition regardless of how far they travel.
